I was referred by a friend and it was my good fortune. Friendly staff and very clean, comfortable lounge area. The tech staff did not even think of throwing parts at my problem, rather tested and re-tested, collaborating with one another. I truly doubt that any other auto service center would have had the patience and experience to isolate my problem. Not only am I a new Kerry's customer, I will be referring everyone I know ! This was our first visit to Kerry's. They had come highly recommended by several good friends and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door we were very impressed with their service. We dropped off the car late in the day on Monday; explained what needed to be done, and were given a ride home by their shuttle service. Gary had promised to call us the next day with an estimate and to obtain our approval before they started to work on the car. A man true to his word, he not only called, but had a detailed estimate, down to the penny, of the cost for the various repairs. We gave our approval and the car was ready to be picked up the next day. We've lived in Phoenix for almost 7 years now and this is the first automotive shop I've found that I feel comfortable leaving my car with; the shop is immaculate, the service personnel friendly and knowledgeable, and their work exceeds the standards. I enjoyed my time at Kelly's car care, they are very knowledgeable and know what there doing. They asked me if I wanted services done before they just did them. The lounge area was nice coffee, flat screen tv and nice furniture.
