I detest car maintenance. Well that might be putting it mildly. I would prefer if cars were just disposable and when their bits and bobs stopped working properly, we could just toss them in the recycle bin and move on. But since we don't live in a world where that exists I am so super excited that I foun Bogi, Doug, and the entire crew at 180 Degrees Automotive.These people do everything right. First of all they don't pressure you on anything. In fact, they go out of their way to tell you if something isn't worth the investment. Seriously?!! You're committed to saving me money? I must have entered bizzaro land.The shop is fusion of art gallery, wifi ready, keurig toting, comfiness so if you have to spend anytime there at all, you will not fell like you have to go home and shower afterwards. The staff is super friendly and they all seem to know what is happening to your car and who exactly is with it at the blink of an eye. I love this aspect. I don't feel like some number on a parking tag hung around the mirror. Before I picked my car up on the first visit, my service advisor knew more about my car's ticks and blurbs than I did. And on subsequent visits, his memory of what was done and what things were listed as "something to think of down the road" were gone over. It almost feels like taking your car to a really good physician.Roll yourself down here and make sure you get one of their value program card things. It has saved me a ton of money and makes paying for maintenance way less painful, especially when you consider how much you are not burning on monthly car payments. This is honestly the first mechanic that I have fully trusted and have forced me to happily look at the practicality of keeping my car until the wheels acutally fall off. :)

Honest and excellent service. I've had difficulty finding an honest shop to work on my car. I've even tried your name brand shops. Being a woman, it's important to become educated on your car and costs. And to not fall for the sales pitch. Kerry's car care surpassed all the others.

I had a great experience with Kerry's Car Care. They are courteous and professional from the initial meet, with every phone call and though the payment process. I appreciated the line of credit that is available as well. That option made it easier on our family to afford the work on our car. I would recommend family and friends.

Couldn't ask for better service! They got my car in at the scheduled time and quickly performed the services I requested. Gary took me to the service bay where he and the technician and educated me on different aspects of my Prius' engine compartment (which looks totally different than "under the hood" of a standard vehicle!). I was informed upfront of the cost of the services which were very reasonable, kept me informed about the progress of my servicing, recommended additional services, and ensured I was comfortable during my wait. Recognizing how anal I am at reviewing my repair orders (I like to read every word to make sure all services requested/performed are listed), Rob teased me about being sure to read the back (which was blank) - he so reminded me of my boyfriend when he did that!! All in all, a very enjoyable experience, resulting in escalating - to the max - my trust in them and their expertise. Drove around for several hours afterwards and my Prius did not hear any engine noises; like new, it very softly purred like a sleeping kitten! Bogi, Austin, and crew treat their customers right! I came here the first time in the summertime, needed new brakes, and fluids. I was there a few hours in the waiting room where I had free wifi & Keurig coffee. I came back in October and then again in January for a check up and oil. They're always so helpful and I can schedule easily. If you work not too far away, I hear, they offer a shuttle service, too. I love that this is a local business, and owned by a lady. It's in Melrose & is very welcoming. They don't BS you and try to steal your money, and if something needs to be adjusted you can stop back in. They rock.

I was taken care of with purpose and was nothing but pleased with the care i was shown. :)
