These guys were awesome. The counter guys were very helpful and my wife was really impressed with the lobby/waiting area. The techs were pretty fast at telling me what was wrong with my car. All in all, I'll be going back to in the near future again.

I recently brought my step-daughters car in to have a quick oil change done before she drove the car to L.A. for Christmas. While it was in, the tech checked out the car at no charge to be sure the car was acceptable for an interstate trip. Upon inspection, they noticed the valve cover gasket and transmission oil needed attention. They called me and let me know of the concerns and upon my approval, had the car ready to be picked up in less than 2 hours. Thank you!!

I've taken all the vehicles I've owned these past 8 years (since moving to Phx) to Kerry's, and I've always been very pleased w/ their service. I've never been "surprised" w/ any unexpected costs; what they quote is what you'll get and pay for. Kerry's makes Customer Satisfaction their #1 priority, something that is rare today, and they back their work w/ their 3-yr/36-mo warranty.
