It's easy to bring my car to Kerry's. Couple things though: I had a coupon for an oil change for $19.99. I called to ask how much an oil change was and was quoted $29.99. It may be unfair for me to think so but if you are going to offer a special you should make it available regardless of whether the customer has a coupon or not. I wouldn't think very highly of your team if a client standing next to me got the same service as I did and paid less than me simply because they knew of the coupon and your team knew there was a special, didn't bother to mention it to me and charged me full price. Also, I appreciate knowing the things that my vehicle is needing. But when you expect a $20 oil change bill and the attendant calls and tells you services they would like to do comes to nearly $800, it raises the integrity question - particularly when you just tried to charge me 33% more for an oil change than necessary. Trust between the public and auto repair establishments is minimal at best. Might not be fair or apply to you but it is a result of many, many gross abuses of the public's faith. Sad to say but the two situations I described DOES call that trust into question
