Customer service and service excellent. I stopped in shortly before 5pm on 7/31/14 just to get an inspection of my brakes to determine what needed to be repaired/replaced with the intention of returning on Saturday to get the repairs done. Gary made a call after the inspection and was able to get the parts delivered shortly after placing the call so they were able to do the work on my car the same day. The quality of the service was excellent & only took about 2 hours.

I just moved to this area and was thrilled to find a reputable service station in the area. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I will be back. Thankyou

Service is your top priority. You came and Jumped my battery when that is not a service you provide but you did it anyway at no charge. I was able to get the battery replaced while I waited. Great service!

Quick service!

Kerry's seems to be your typical garage trying to provide good service. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to try help me determine what was wrong with my car.

Quick & prompt service! Took time to listen to me and my concerns. Didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need. Created a plan for upcoming maintenance needs that I can handle. Very impressed, will be using Kerry's in place of the dealership from now on!

Cars always need worked on so we appreciate Kerry's car care. They are nice and we will be back next oil change.

I took my 2000 Saab here for an oil change and to check my engine light. I was blown away by the customer service, waiting room, cleanliness, knowledge and cost. They did not have time to make all the repairs today so I made an appointment for next Tuesday. I'm leaving my former Saab tech and will only go to 180 Degrees Automotive. Yahoooooooooooo!!!!!!

Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I felt very comfortable as soon as I dropped my Nissan off with 180 Degree Auto as the guy I dropped it with let me know he used to work at the Nissan dealership and was very comfortable with Nissans. The waiting area was so serene and beautiful, night and day from any other auto shop Ive seen. When the dealership realized that the problem I was having was a simple fix that just required tightening of a part, they fixed the problem and better yet, didn't even charge me anything! I will definitely be a returning customer to 180 Degrees Automotive.
