I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Bogi, Lisa, Angel and Louie are amazing! I know she has a couple new additions to the crew as well, just don't know them as well. They are always honest. I NEVER am concerned I am being ripped off or overcharged because they lay out a clear plan of attack for whatever needs to be done. 180 has done all of the maintenance on my car when the time came to start replacing belts, brakes, pumps, hoses, etc. and has always done stellar work!I took Bogi's car class and learned so much. I have AAA and a cell phone but I am more aware and I just feel more independent. Now, I know I can change a flat tire on my own and have the basic knowledge to take care of my car. I am moving in November and am going to miss them. Who misses their mechanic? Lula (the car) and I will!

This morning, my car would not start and even after replacing the faulty battery, the car alarm would start screaming without stopping till I would disconnect the battery. The car would not even turn over to start. This seemed expensive, and now I would need a tow. I CALLED Airpark auto and told them what my car was doing and one mechanic told me to put the battery in, then lock the door of the car with my key and unlock it. He said he thought that my car was not understanding that it was not being stolen and that the anti-theft system was what was actually keeping the car from starting. SURE ENOUGH! I did exactly what I was told and my car started. Saved myself money on the tow and having it looked at. I was amazed. I must have called half a dozen car shops, they all told me to bring it in. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was well deserving. Should there be any car trouble, I totally will bring it here because Airpark auto seems to truly want your problem fixed, not to just make money on looking at it. I cannot say enough wonderful things. AWESOME!!!!

I had a problem with my 2001 Hyundai. I broke a transmission cooler line in front of the shop and asked the shop manager if he could help I had a job Interview and whas in a hurry it whas a simple fix but I didn't have tools he said it would be about 2 hours which I understand so I asked a couple of techs for a plier and all sad no. I'm stuck in frunt of there shop leaking oil and they blew me off . It whas 107 out and they dint even care.. shows a lot of their ethics ...went next door to cheker and they lend me tools took care of the problem in 10 minutes ..so thums down for being unconsidered ....

I have been going here for 20 years, and have been treated like family since the beginning. They are not cheap, but the quality is excellent, and they get the work done when they promise. They have fixed innumerable tires for me, handled a problem that came up during an emissions inspection, and solved a dozen rattles, all gratis. Perhaps best of all, if you don't need expensive repairs, they will tell you so -- many times they have suggested cheaper alternatives. My son actually worked there one summer doing cleanup and driving people home, so I got all of the inside dirt. Aside from what he swept up, there wasn't any. Hard to believe, but for once, true.

Great service. Very customer centric. Not like going to a dealership. Totally trust these guys. Highly recommend them.

Unreal! I've never found a truly trustworthy mechanic in my life, but I have now. I brought my car in for a tune-up and Bogi (the owner) said "well everyone has a different idea of what a tune-up is, we will run some tests and let you know what we find." A couple of hours later Bogi calls me back and goes down a laundry list of items and tells me stuff like "well you could do [this and theat] but they aren't necessary as they look good at this point". CLEARLY she could have up sold me on any number of things, but she absolutely did not. I was/am absolutely STUNNED!When I picked up my car there were those paper mats on my floor (something that my deal doesn't even do anymore) AND a metal water bottle with a $25 off on your next visit coupon attached. Talk about exceeding expectations!Never mind the awesomeness of supporting a woman owned business, you also can trust her/them. "Ummm ... WINNING!"

OMG! I just had the oil changed in my car and was out in less than 30 minutes. Called this morning, made a 1:00 pm appointment, got there a bit late - 5 mins. - and was given fabulous customer service. I use synthetic oil in my car. The price was reasonable already, but they gave me the coupon discount and it made it even better. They offered to rotate the tires, but I just had them done 3 weeks ago. Next time I'll do it all here. Thank you Kevin and team! Definitely a go to.

While having my car shipped from VA to (Phoenix) AZ I got a call notifying me that a regulator gave out, leaving my front passenger window down. So, I performed an online search and luckily I found Bogi! Of all the mechanics I talked with she was the only one that was concerned with securing my vehicle in her yard as it was scheduled to arrive in AZ on a holiday weekend. Not only did she give me her mobile # so that I could call her if the car arrived after her regular shop hours, she fixed the window on her day off! I will definitely take my car to Bogi again.
