I went to Kerrys on a recommendation from friends. I previously had my car service by another automobile shop. They replaced my oil pan and gaskets and I still had a leak and they told me that it wasn't the oil pan anymore that it was coming from another spot which was going to cost me around $3,000 so I went to Kerry's for a second opinion and they told me my oil pan was not put in properly and it did not have any sealant around it that's why it was leaking and I had them replace it even though I just had it replaced 2 months ago. So far so good no leak I definitely will recommend Carrie's Auto Care. I'm disappointed in Greenway Auto. I will let them know. Maybe they just have a bad tech. Kerrys called me a Lyft to take me home and one to pick me up when my car was ready. Great service and great customer service. Thanks John for all your help today.

I had boughten a new used vehicle recently from a dealership and needed Kerry’s to evaluate the transmission for me for a suspected problem. They looked at the car right away and was able to diagnose a transmission problem quickly. I am pleased with Kerry’s service and will return for future care on my vehicle.

Called Kerry's after the dealer quoted something just under $3000 to replace a $50 item by pulling out the entire dashboard. They checked it out and did the job for a third of the price without having to pull out the dashboard. I would highly recommend Kerry's. BTW, it was for a Ford F-150, probably the most common vehicle on the road.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with John and the other staff. Went in for an oil change and to get a leak checked out. 100% transparent and payment options were too easy and put me at ease knowing I had some work to get done. Very personable, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend anyone I know and others to bring your vehicle here for any services. I’ll be back for any future services.
