6 star review! Can’t say enough about this place. I lost my a/c on a 116 day. They fixed me up and sent me on my way. Way too nice people fixed everything the same day!

Hands down the best service, communication, and Customer Care you will ever receive! Our car stopped working right before we were moving so it was urgent to get it fixed and we found that the repair for the Transmission Shifter Cable was a fairly labor intensive job. I called 3-4 automotive repair places and even when I told them of circumstances with moving they were not able or willing to have a reasonable turn around for us. We were looking at at least a week or 2 before any other place would have the work completed. I then called, Kerry's Car Care in Norterra, and the most friendly compassionate team member, Colin answered, he was truly empathetic of how stressful this was since we were moving and assured me that they would do anything to help get the car fixed as soon as they could for our move. This was even when they were shown as fully booked online. I was so blown away and truly touched that they were able to help us and put our minds at ease so we could focus on all the other moving tasks. Colin was not only friendlily, kind, knowledgeable about the car work but communicated with me through the entire process. When faced with a day delay of the car work, Jose the manager, personally called me to relay the message and asked how he could help the situation since he knew we were not able to get the car and wanted to still ensure that we were taken care of. He immediately waived the inspection fee and promised that the team could drive the car to our new home address and he then apologized about the delay, but stressed that they not only wanted me to have a drivable car, but a safe car to drive. AGAIN, blown away with how this was handled and I truly cannot thank the management team enough! Once the work was completed the vehicle was then dropped off as promised by a team member to our new home and the car has never driven so well! I will ONLY be using Kerry's Car Care as my vehicle repair shop from now on and I owe the team my true gratitude for everything they did! You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend this shop! At Kerry's Car Care, they truly CARE about not only the Car, but the Customer driving the car too!

Loved that I was able to drop off my car later in the day and was ensured of it’s safety overnight! Got a call the next morning letting me know they found out what was wrong and they were able to get the parts delivered same day and have my car finished that day! Jason who I dealt with when dropping off my car was amazing and so was Keaton ( I hope I spelt his name right! ) who I dealt with after that! Thank you both for the amazing service, I will definitely be back!

They were quick and very affordable! I was a walk in and was treated as if I had an appointment. They got the car in and out quickly!
