I was very impressed with the service I received especially from Michael who waited on me. He was very patient and courteous. He kept me well informed about how long and how much my repairs were going to be. To top it off he offered me a free ride to and from home.

I was very pleased with the service I received especially from Sergio who waited on me. He recommended an alignment since I just had 4 new tires put on, but there was a concern with the left control arm. He followed up with my warranty company to see if they could repair the problem for me. I appreciated the extra time he took to get the job done right.

Called to check availability today for an oil change and was able to bring in immediately. Dropped off and waited for it to be completed. Took awhile as I expected for a weekend. Turns out, there was an error when checking me in and didnt place me in order as I came in. As I picked up my vehicle, they apologized for the how long it took and took care of the error by taking care of the cost for me. I told them I didnt mind paying, but they insisted that they take care of it. Was a very generous act. Awesome that when a business takes care of their customers like this. Will definitely be back to take care of my vehicles maintenance in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Best service ever! TJ was terrific and professional. He explained everything clearly. The facility was super clean and other personnel were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I left my vehicle and TJ provided courtesy transportation home and then picked me up when my truck was finished. Prices were reasonable and 50,000mile/5yr warranty on repair is a plus. Kerry Automotive is my go to for future repairs.

Had a problem at first, but Matt, the general manager, reached out to me and has made me a satisfied customer.
