Update: I left my original review 11 months ago, but I had to come back on here to reiterate just how amazing Kerry’s Car Care is, especially this location!!! I’ve continued coming to them consistently for all my car needs and have zero plans on changing that. The staff is always so friendly, the service quick and effective, and they are beyond helpful (like booking you Ubers to and from your house if you have to leave your car with them for an extended period of time). Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Absolutely love Kerry’s Car Care on North Valley Parkway! I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now, and it’s always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

Hey there, I needed my brakes fixed and after taking it to other places and being very dissatisfied with the jobs, I found Kerry's Car Care. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have my brakes work like the day I drove it off the lot brand new!! I am so impressed by the staff and the mechanics they have here. They took care of my vehicle in the time they stated it would take and the amount it would cost that they quoted. I highly recommend them and I will be back with another vehicle of mine in the very near future.

The shop I had used for over 10 years sold their business, and I have not had reliable service or found anyone I trust until now. I was highly referred by good friends to see Vince at Kerry's in Norterra. Justin and all the guys in there were extremely nice and very helpful. I had an oil leak and needed front brakes - two other shops looked at it and quoted me much higher claiming I needed all this other work done. I brought my car in for an estimate and they showed me exactly what was wrong, what was recommended, and gave me an accurate estimate. These guys are honest, reputable, have a very nice shop and waiting area, and they definitely earned me as a customer for life! I even referred them to both my Lyft drivers already!

All the personnel were exceptional. Even did a follow up phone call just to make sure everything was OK. You don’t find that very often. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite. Knew what he was talking about regarding our vehicle did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Would definitely revisit them again if we have any issues with our vehicles. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Called dealership to schedule appointment for my Ford F150 "Service Charging System" light. Dealership could not get my truck in for 2 weeks. Called Kerry's late on Friday afternoon, Brought my truck in Saturday morning and had it fixed ( had to replace alternator ) by 2:30 the same day. Awesome customer service! Thanks.

From the time that I walked into the shop until the job was completed everyone was amazing and upfront. Special thank you to James for getting everything taken care of for me in such a timely manner. From this point forward I will be using this shop for each of my vehicle repairs. The honesty is A+ especially in a business when women are taken advantage of. Thank for for such a pleasant experience and the great customer service that was provided!!!
