They get the work done and get the best price possible for you! All of the service managers are great, I mostly work with Justin and he’s awesome! Great customer service! I drive for work and travel often - I take my car here for just about everything to keep me safe on the road. Saturday hours are a plus! Team is kind, informative, goes above and beyond. Cost is always within range of what is anticipated.

If I ever need my car serviced this is the place I call! Justin is also so friendly and happy to help! They are quick and if I don’t have any to wait they will pay for an Uber for me to leave and come back. I always trust them to service my vehicle and have been going to the Norterra location for years.

Great people and service. Justin is a Rockstar! I have been coming here for years now and had everything from oil change to wire harness replacement and so on. Very fair on price and no better service in the valley. They are the only shop I go to and suggest you give them a try!!
