During the holidays, I stopped in without an appointment to the Norterra location. Due to budget limitations, I required a quote first in order to get the service that was overdue for my vehicle. I had to decline some of the services. Then what I believe to be some blessing from above happened! The gentleman that was assisting me was moved to offer me the complete service at a price I could afford. I was moved by this act of kindness that was totally above and beyond anyone could expect. Thank you Kerry's Car Care Norterra, and to the person that helped me! I recommend this location highly, everytime I've gone, it's been great service.

what is the proof of being the best........ consistency have been to Kerrys in Scottsdale 4 times over the last 3 years and with out a doubt they never disappoint. James is my go to guy, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. Going to the shop is normally a scary thing as car repairs can be very expensive, And in all honesty you never know what your going to get . BUT with Kerry's you know you will get the best service the best prices and above all integrity from the front desk to the work shop. Dont go anywhere else you will not get the service you will get at Kerry's.
