I needed to have my water pump replaced. I contacted this location of Kerry's Car Care and was told they would look at it for free... then give me a price to fix, which they did. They also walked me out to the garage and showed me the parts they would replace each step of the way,during the process. Nothing was hidden. I appreciate that. The truck was ready when they said it would be ... and all is good. I enjoyed doing business with this location.

Johnathan provided excellent service for me today and went above and beyond for a simple oil change. Customer for life.

I went in for an oil change. While performing that service the mechanic (name?) noted that my front brakes and rotors were in need of replacing (they really were). I didn’t have to wait to check in, Jake was polite, pleasant, respectful, showed me, on the vehicle, the brake/rotor situation and forwarded pictures to my mechanic back home (OR) who confirmed the findings. During conversation Jake picked up on the fact that I’m a veteran and gave me a veterans discount. Nice, congenial young man.
