This was the single best experience I’ve ever had an at auto shop! Tammy, as well as the technicians I interacted with were all wonderful. Above and beyond! It’s good to know that customer service like this still exists in the world! 5 stars!!! ⭐️

Amazing customer service. Went in with a check engine light on a used car I recently picked up from a dealership. They did a diagnostic and determined that it was an engine knock sensor, and the engine probably needed to be replaced. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Also while driving back to the dealership they called me and found a warranty that the dealership didn’t inform me about that turned out to be a great negotiation tool when fighting with the dealership. Will be doing all future vehicle services with Kerry’s.

TJ at Kerrys Car Care on 67th and happy valley is great! He made sure to inform me on all the services that my vehicle needs. He provided a great breakdown of each service and informed me on what matters most to my vehicle. He also had a great attitude and personality that made the experience even better. We definitely will be coming back and asking for TJ.

All of the staff greats you with an upbeat smile. I feel like I was well informed of the areas my car needed attention and areas that will need future attention. The service I needed done was reasonably priced. I was provided a Lyft home and back although the service was pretty quick. Kerry's offers nice financing options which is what I needed. I wouldn't have been able to do the work otherwise. Plus, the guys weren't hard to look at! Thank you for the top notch service.

I brought my Tundra to Kerry’s Car Care for an alignment after having issues with other shops. They did an excellent job! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My truck drives perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I was able to get my oil changed right away, it took less than an hour and I was on my way. I know what my car needs done and I’ll be able to plan accordingly. Excellent customer service!!!!!

So the place across the street told my daughter $100 for an oil change and Kerrie’s offers an oil change pack for significantly less money. So she made an appointment and went there and her truck apparently needs more oil which makes sense. So Kerry’s was so kind that they gave her this oil change for free and let her know next time to buy the correct oil change package for her truck, which is obviously more money which again makes total sense.(she did not purchase the lower cost package as they gave her todays oil change free) But here’s the point A 17-year-old girl went into a mechanics shop and got treated with respect and care and consideration. Well done guys! as somebody who runs a company where customer success is our only priority. I’m most impressed and the rest of us will be coming to see you in the family. Thank you for that.
