My experience has always been nothing but perfection when it comes to customer service and telling me what I need to hear not what I want to hear. Sure I don’t like hearing that I need to spend money on expensive repairs but at least I know the root problem and have it transparently communicated to me. Looking at some of these reviews online I don’t understand some of the negativity. I’m sure each situation is different but so are customers personalities. I’d rather go somewhere where it takes an hour for an oil change than a five minute screw job that creates problems later on down the road by missing something or being in a hurry. If you’re looking for a quick shop that just does what YOU think you need only then this isn’t your place. However, if you listen to them, they’ll keep you safe. Cars have repairs through their lifetime, miles create damage so at least I know within that hour, they will look for things wrong, take pictures, and diagnose any issues right then and there. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and I’ve had multiple vehicle serviced here. I own my own driving business and so I see the shop once a month if not more as I put on thousands of miles. James, Michelle, and of course Mama T always take care of me, I won’t go anywhere else because of their treatment. I live 35 miles away from the shop, worth the distance.
