See UPDATE below: Efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Quick turnaround for oil change and general inspection confirming or advising of concerns and probable deficiencies. Very frustrating having to assure that details are taken care of and work is not deficient and work quoted is necessary and at competitive rates. They have done good work and bad work. Unfortunately, I no longer trust their service and do not patronize them. Visited recently for a battery Warranty replacement and everything was great, but the Tech forgot to reinstall the heat shield. I now have to return to pick it up. Likely, wouldn't have known until it was too late and part discarded, but I always check work. REVISED: Matthew, a new Manager was very responsive to the oversight of the Mechanic and listened intently, engaged and, I believe will commit to performance and customer satisfaction. I am likely to give this shop another opportunity because of my interaction with him.
