I had emergency with my window. Not only did they take me in last minute before closing, they shuttled me home after an estimate of repairs. They picked me up to get my car too.. I plan to go back.

I was told that my lifted truck was gonna cost a lot to alignment by multiple shops. I saw Kerry’s Car Care by my house and thought I would give it another shot. Devlin answered the phone and said bring it in let’s check it out (no cost). Saturday morning I was alittle late and was told “no worries”. So I left it there and about 30min goes by and Devlin calls me back and said “we can definitely do it’s about this much and give a couple hours to make sure she’s perfect. I was overwhelmed that my 2011 lifted Tacoma was gonna get takin care of. When I went to pick it up Devlin was super professional and friendly. We had a couple laughs about my situation and when I paid for the service we shook hands and parted ways. I will always keep them in mind “first” when I have any automotive issues. Thanks again Kerry Car Care for helping me out.

My mechanic was closed, so were the other ones i stopped at after I called road service for a jump. I scheduled an appointment at 10am for 2pm. I needed a specialty battery they also noticed I had a tail light out. They were more than professional, obviously had ton of women in & all at a good price. I will be going back there for sure!

Wow what a refreshing experience!!! Going from a dealership getting oil changes and fixes done to Kerry’s was like night and day. Ethan was awesome, completely honest and open about repairs and costs. Taking all of my cars there now.

When they say be aware of care care businesses this couldn’t be more true, went for an oil change today and they guy twice tried to rip me off, once by pretending he didn’t have the weekly mailer discount then a second time by thinking I’m an idiot and can’t do math. Bring a calculator when paying as they will try to add bogus fees to your service. Be aware!! Ripoffs at the front counter, won’t be going back.

Called up and same day they were able to fix 3 items on my Tahoe easily! Shuttle service. Very kind attitudes and earned my trust immediately which is rare.

Fantastic staff and customer service. Have a older car that was not cooling yesterday when it was 117 outside. Called as I have used this shop before. Tammy told me to bring it in and have it checked out 20 minutes later they said my freon was only half of what it should be and explained what they would do to see if that was the only issue. It was, I approved them to do the work needed and in a little over a hour later nice col air. I have gone to 3 other shops in this area before I found this one and got ripped off by the other ones many times. This my only place I will take my car now

I came to this shop based on the good reviews but was surprised by how extremely overpriced they are. I expected them to be a bit higher priced given the location in Scottsdale, but not 3 times the amount of the shop that I trust and I regularly go to. You can easy find the exact shocks I have online for $400 for the set of front and rears, they quoted me $1200 for them. You lost me as a potential customer. I feel bad for those who come into your shop without any knowledge of cars and are completely ripped off. Make sure to get multiple opinions before you decide to get work done here.

My Kia Soul needed an oil change and was hesitating on acceleration. I was advised on necessary work prior to proceeding. All work was completed in a timely manner. I recommend Kerry’s.
