Took my car in for a normal maintenance and astonished with the service Devlin provided me with. He informed me of all my vehicle needs and made sure I could see the issue on vehicle. I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to this location. They provided a complimentary shuttle and even had a cozy waiting room for me to sit and relax in I felt right at home with the complimentary coffee and water once again Kerry’s car care is the place to be for all you vehicle needs.

Quality work done in speedy fashion. Will be coming here from now on instead of the overpriced corporate dealerships.

They were very friendly quick and efficient, they dont seem to be taking the pandemic very seriously though, unfortunately it has become quite political so I often try to avoid any confrontation, so I left it alone, but their advertisements say they do all these extra steps to ensure safety, I saw none of them, in fact I got a sales pitch, which is his job so I get it, but it was sans mask while I was in my mask in the blazing heat, were in Arizona guys! Then he proceeded to chit chat with me again after that, no mask, at the very least ask the customer what theyre comfortable with. They offered a free oil change for 5 star reviews and I originally did but I dont know...seems misleading to the consumer.... ***edit*** so I saw they forgot to replace something in another review, they forgot to put my air filter back, lol, they called me and told me and I came back, honest mistake, so no big deal to me, but if it happens a lot....

Another car repair shop said the “engine blew” and would cost thousands to repair. TJ at Kelly’s Car Care (Norterra) diagnosed the REAL problem and got my car repaired the same day. SAVED thousands. TRUST is priceless. This is the second time I’ve gone to Kelly’s. Worked with Jose Aranda before. Both TJ and Jose are HONEST and EXPERIENCED and COURTEOUS.

Always will suggest Kerry’s to anybody and everybody. Jason and Bobby are the greatest!

Great customer service! Have been taking my 4Runner to the dealership for oil changes since I got it but got annoyed paying $80 plus for an oil change. Kerry’s Car is much more reasonable on prices and definitely faster then a dealership! Loved the service will be going back for oil changes from now on.
