First, I’m loving the no appointment required. I was further blown away that they have a shuttle to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. No more Uber service needed. I received a call fairly quick telling me what was wrong with my cooling system. They had OEM parts picked up and installed in less than 4 hours. And I had several items replaced like the electric fan, the fan switch and both coolant hoses. I was impressed. The price was fair as well. The gentlemen, Jose and Devlin, at that front counter were knowledgeable and quick in getting my ride organized and my car pulled in. They were professional and efficient in learning of the problem with my car. My shuttle driver and technician, Brady, was very friendly, and my car has been running great since he repaired it. He even walked me to my car and opened the door for me. Kerry’s has done a great job in their hiring. I’ll be using them exclusively in the future.

Brought down my 1998 Honda Civic with a turbo kit that I installed on it. I had been having problems with an oil leak and tried myself for almost a week to figure it out. I called and spoke to Josh about getting the leak looked at and he said to bring it down right away, which is exactly what I did. They where able to find the leak and fix it within the day and also at a very reasonable price considering that all of the work was custom. They even noticed that the brakes on the car had gotten low and where able to replace them as well for me. This place is awesome, all of the sales guys are very helpful! Will be bringing back all of my other cars as well!

I came in for an oil change and not only did they complete it before the expected time, but they also informed me of other possible problems my vehicle had. They weren’t trying to force me into buying anything, like a lot of other shops, rather just informing and recommending. Awesome service, thank you guys!

Back story: Vowed I wouldn’t come back to Kerry’s a couple years ago after being quoted $2,500 for a repair that I had completed at Aamco on 59th and Bell for under $600. Unfortunately I was in a hurry for an oil change before going out of town so I made an “appointment” for a simple oil change at 7:30 AM because they had a special for $50. I Dropped off the car at 7:20 and was told, “we’ll get right on it.” By 8:35 I hadn’t heard anything, so I had to initiate for an update as I saw my car just sitting in the bay with no mechanic. I was told, “he’s on it right now; should be about 30-45 minutes.” There’s no way a simple oil change should take nearly 2 hours to complete and if it is, just give me a heads up especially when I told you when I dropped it off that we’re headed out of town as soon as it’s done and that’s why I made an early appointment. I also told them I know there’s a couple minor things I need done but I just don’t have the time right now, so just the oil change will do (will update review with recommended services/prices when/if I ever get my car back.) The reviews lead me to believe people like the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the waiting area. Or maybe the shuttle service. Because they’re most likely getting ripped off. Or waiting all morning for an oil change.

Scams. Place is shady and will swindle you out of money. I go in for a brake check as I had concerns about bumping when I drove. They checked and Josh recommended a brake fluid flush for $150 to see if that resolves the problem as the cheap option. 45 minutes later, consensus was that’s not the problem as it hadn’t resolved and that is was the brakes master cylinder wasn’t pumping enough fluid into the brakes and it would cost upwards of $800+. I said I needed a second opinion and after them calling me back repeatedly on the way down there, they hung up on me when I said I need a second opinion but would take a written estimate. Bringing my car into Brake Masters was the option I should of started with. Turns out my brakes are completely fine and if Josh and/or his team actually looked at my car and cared for good service, they would of discovered the broken rivet on the Control Arm causing the whole wheel and suspension sue stem to slide back and forth, causing the bumping feeling I was explaining to them. With that noted, the cost of brakes masters was fair as I went for a third opinion and they showed me the exact same problem as brake masters. Brake masters took me back and under the car and showed me the problem so I could see with my own eyes, identifying the problem quickly and easily and demonstrated the problem to me without trying to scare me into fixing it right then and there.
