Jose and his team were all of the qualities that I checked above. I went in with the coupon I received in the mail to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Kerry's is new to my neighborhood. Not only did they take me on the spot, they found additional work that needed attention. Did an alignment in record time and gave me estimates for recommended future necessary repairs. This place is a total rip-off!! They charged me $40 for my cabin air filter and $28 in labor to change it and it is in my glove box! they never quoted me the price for my air filter or I would never have agreed to it so my oil change came to almost $150 and that does not even include a tire rotation! save your money save your time and do not give these crooks your business.

Everyone that helped me was very nice and presented themself with the utmost professionalism. The waiting room they’ve set up is quiet and comfortable and it makes the time go by. The service was fast and efficient and I will say that I will definitely be returning.

On Tuesday I went to get quote for brake issue. But they try to charge me $230 for just reshaping the rotors.i told them I want to think about it and come back later but whoever assisting me he was pretty upset that I was trying to leave not fixing. Later I came home and I found out this thing happened. They actually cut side of tire. Not fixable
