I brought my lifted Silverado to Kerry's after another shop said my truck need $1200 of Front end work plus tires. The staff at Kerry's took the time to show me their finding and gave me a recommendation that saved me unnecessary repairs! Turn out my "cupped" tires were the source of my front end issues. I bought new tires and took it back to Kerry's for an alignment. They are also one of the few that can align lifted trucks in Phoenix area. A mechanic I can trust.

Always great to take my car to Kerry’s. My dad takes his car there also. Never disappointed and always greeted politely. Never had to complain about how they’ve ever fixed my car. Highly recommend the guys on north valley parkway. And their little dog Aires loves greeting customers with a sniff and a tail wag lol.

Went on for the oil change deal, I knowing my vehicle is in excellent condition and needed nothing but an oil change , they confirmed my vehicle was in excellent condition , I declined the typical tire rotation upsell on my brand new tires and when they brought up my car they told me my battery was going bad. Immediately went and had it tested and the battery as well as the tires is still new all installed on the same date. It appears that the tech may have left the key on and drew down the battery causing the slow start. For this reason I cannot recommend this shop. Hopefully they take a lesson that losing the trust of a potential solid long term customer Is not worth whatever the upsell of a battery would have been.
