After booking my appointment Kerry's would go through the service of inspecting my vehicle and tell me what they found about problem that I had discussed prior. I receive a call shortly about what they found, the best way to take care of it and how much the cost would be. After having time off of work I was able to follow through with the repairs do to business shutting down/loss of money, but I was met with compassion and understanding for my issues. The manager very kindly gave me a reduced cost trying what she could to save me as much money as possible and followed up with past purchases I had made that were still under warranty so she made my experience go from i can't purchase the repair to getting the vehicle covered and going the full mile with a tune up, resetting my alignment and making sure I was aware of each step going forward.

Truck needed major AC work requiring the dash to be removed. I was in the shop when they opened and they got me a Lyft ride home. Now this is Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend and I was figuring that I wouldn't get my Titan back until Tuesday. Nope they called me at 1600 or 4pm for you non military telling me my Titan was done! They charged me less than Nissan quoted me and had the job done in less than 9 hours not the 2 days quoted by a dealer! And they have a great finance program that I took advantage of which helped me as I'm on SSI! Would I go back? Oh yeah I will! Would I tell anyone else about Kerry's? Yep! Blue Sky's and Safe Journeys!

I went to Kerry's to fix the AC in the car that was blowing hot air. It was a good experience from beginning to end. The price was under budget. They gave me a ride home while they worked on the car.
