Unfortunately I must downgrade the review for Kerry's Car Care. I was a loyal customer and came in for rack and pinion repair. I was told new parts would be installed (Greg) and only after pressing them later after examining the car they admitted they were refurbished and tried to convince me they were "better" but could not explain why they charged me 3x what refurbished parts cost (easily verifiable online). Was repeatedly told to speak to GM Devlin, but Devlin never returned my six calls over two weeks - and still hasn't. Will be pursuing legal action (I recorded all my conversations after they tried to charge me $86 for a cabin air filter change). They may be nice, but most con men are. Oh yeah, they try to push a WestCreek finance 90 Day No Interest deal, but the fine print is that after 90 Days IT IS 100% Interest!!! Criminal Price Gouging during COVID-19. EDIT: Went to another mechanic and they found the "new" rack and pinion was leaking. So...not only scammers, but subpar work. I shudder to think how they con the elderly. BBB complaint filed. AZ Republic reporter working on story. EDIT: I appreciate that West Creek financial has made every good faith effort to remedy my situation. I am very happy with the resolution and believe they will hold Kerry's Car Care accountable. I still cannot, in good conscience, recommend Kerry's Care to anyone and wish to warn any prospective customers from dealing with them.

There was a noise coming from the rear end of my vehicle. We took it to Kerry's and they told us that there was no problem and lubed it up then fixed other things. Charged us $500 dollars for this. Returned because the original problem was still existant. Charged another $200 and suggested that I go back to the mechanic that had worked on it before. It was brought here to fix the problem not blame other people. Professionials?

I absolutely LOVE Kerry's. I have always had a pleasant experience and the staff go above and beyond to make sure my car is running smoothly. As a young female, I have always felt like mechanics try to rip me off and make me get things unnecessarily fixed. Not Kerry's - they talk me through everything, bring me back to see the issues with my car, and always suggest I do some research before deciding if I feel like I should get work done. They even walked me through how I can do monthly checks on my fluids for in between visits. They also always look to get me the best price. The nicest staff I have ever met! THANK YOU!

This shop is amazing. TJ and the team are friendly and helpful. If you need honest and reliable auto repair this is the best shop to provide it. We drive from surprise to this shop for all of our families auto needs.

I go in there to get a simple new battery since mine died. I get a call saying they must run a diagnostic check to make sure everything is good when there’s no need for one my car is perfectly fine trying to charge me $180. They are a scam. If they try to pull a quick one on me I can just imagine what they are doing to charge for things that you don’t need. So please people be careful.

Ben's communication was exceptional and he took the time to explain the findings of their diagnosis to me straight-forward in a language I could understand.
