We refer to Kerry’s by one of our neighbors here in Scottsdale just near the Airpark. We took a chance on this company and I’m really glad that we did! The estimate we had received from another repair shop was almost 30% higher. In the other shop was in this vicinity as well. They’ve earned my business through honest estimates in reasonable shop rates. This is an honest review and I recommend that you give them a try. A family of five here in Scottsdale.

Work was to be completed In 2 days. After 7 days I had to demand the return of my auto and the work that was preformed had the car half way put back together. There was no follow and whatever work they may have preformed did not fix the problem. I drive by this establishment every day and saw my vehicle in the same parking space for 5 of the 7 days they had my auto. Not only did they not repair my car but then charged me almost $200.00. I took it to another mechanic who diagnose the problem and had the part ordered and repaired I 3 days as promised. I have had my auto serviced here several times in the past and have spent thousands of dollars there, never again their workmanship and follow through are less than anyone would expect.

Would totally go back because the pride and ownership they take in their work. Was from out of town and was recommended here. Had slight issue with the original fix but then shop and workers then went above and beyond in taking responsibility, getting the proper fix, and being transparent about the entire issue. They wholly stand behind their work!

Came in on a referral and was so impressed I had to tell everyone!! I'm a single female and woke up with a dead battery for the 6th time unable to locate the problem time after time. Not only did they pick me up, locate the problem, charge a fair price, they were so nice and clean and RESPECTFUL!! I was given a 3 day time frame from other shops and they did it in one!!

Very good service on an oil change. No up selling and done on time!

So far, just tire rotation and fix tire.
