Customer service and sharing of knowledge what's an excellent!

The worse oil change experience ever. Took over 2 hours due to not having materials - which they did not disclose until I demanded putting my car back together. 22 point inspection should be offered up front so customer knows it will involve much more time. Heavy pressure to make unnecessary repairs. I was offered 2 free oil changes and refused them. Will never return and have posted yelp review to warn others. Missed an appt that cost me $100 for no show.

New system of texting, status and approval is EZ and convenient.

My car was broken down at Walgreens near their shop and the walked over and got it started for me and then they fixed it for me. Great friendly and helpful staff. I think I have found my new automotive repair place. Very pleased!
