I’ve been going to Kerry’s for quite some time and I love how quick they are with repairs. I took my new vehicle in to get a diagnostic and they were able to fix the issue same day. I don’t like being without my car very long and I will always use these guys because they get you back on the road in no time. I also like that they provide military/veteran discounts. Usually an oil change for my car is around 100 dollars. They cut that cost by 60%. Thank you Kerry’s and I will be a forever customer.

So glad i found Kerrys auto care honest mechanics and close to my home with a few locations. About 20% cheaper than dealer prices but work done is de lvl or better.

If it was possible to give a negative rating, Kerry's Car Care on North Valley Parkway would get it! They have a loose relationship with the truth and it can cost you thousands of dollars to do business with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You are probably better off going to a BMW Service facility since Kerry charges the same rate ($140 per hour) and then upcharges for the cost of the part. In my case, they charged $1,440 for a fuel tank that shipped from California. Jose said, "I'll get you the best price I can." They are for sale on the internet for $700 to $800 and cost $1,100 from North Scottsdale BMW. And that's the retail price. Odds are, Kerry's gets them at wholesale cost...which is what I was told I would pay. I have demanded they keep my old fuel tank until I can see them in court. It's not the money...it's the dishonesty that is so deplorable.
