I had a great experience with Kerry’s Car Care, and will definitely be back the next time my car needs servicing. They were quick, explained everything they were doing, and even fixed an issue I was having after getting my battery replaced months ago! They are super convenient for people living in Norterra too, which is nice! I chose to wait for my car, and their waiting area was very nice, clean, very comfortable seats, and WiFi and netflix on the TV while you wait.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. They provide pick-up and Drop service. The shop is excellent in every aspect except that it’s expensive because of their claim to be alternative to dealers..

Routine oil change for my 2014 RAM 1500 was handle well until the next morning when I noticed oil leaking out onto the garage floor. I was furious so I went back to Kerry's to complain loudly. Despite my attitude, they were incredibly professional. Immediately, they located the problem - broken plug which they replaced along with all new synthetic oil. I was satisfied at that point BUT then they went beyond excellent customer service by offering to send a crew to my house to clean-up spilt oil. WOW! I was so impressed. Definitely recommend and will go back from additional truck maintenance.

I was very pleased with my first appt. at Kerry’s Car Care. My job was completed quickly & the staff (Jason) was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this facility for any future work that I need done on my car.

Very nice and welcoming car shop. I came in unscheduled and left the car by 9AM and by 1PM it was all done and ready to go. Cool and friendly staff and high quality work and materials. They even have a free shuttle to home/work. Recommended.

This place is great! James is very helpful with all of the services that will be needed on my car. Helped me plan out a service schedule on my vehicle. Great location for us we don't have to drive very far to get good service.
