After multiple mistakes with this company and horrible customer service I will not be returning to them. The first mistake was when they broke the drain plug on the oil pan. I discovered it the next day when I noticed it leaking on my driveway. They were closed the day I discovered it so I had to drain the oil to replace the plug and refill it myself. I contacted them and they offered me a refund and to cover what it cost me to replace the plug and oil. After going back and forth for just about 3 months and still no refund I was offered 2 free oil changes and I was told I would still be getting the check refund. Never got the refund check and its been 7 months now. Just did my second oil change and after waiting 2 hours I asked how much longer they would be. Turns out the manager wanted to take care of me so my keys had been sitting on the counter for 45 plus minutes while he was on the phone. The guy who checked me out was nice enough to not have me pay because of the long wait. So they gave me a free oil change to cover my free oil change. I am done with this place.
