I called at 10am on Black Friday to see if there is any way they could squeeze me in and if it would be a long wait. They say no we can usually get you done in a little over an hour so I bring my car down and when I call at noon, 2 hours later they haven’t even brought it back yet. I call again at two this is 4 hours now they tell me oh it’s been done we thought you were on your way here. Why would I come sit there in your waiting room when you haven’t even taken my vehicle back yet to be done. Why wouldn’t you call me to tell me that it’s done. This was the worst communication I have ever received. They give me a coupon for my next visit. Why would I take the risk again. The discount should have been applied TODAY. So very disappointed.
