i called to get a repair estimate on my BMW water pump replacement. i was initially bit reluctant taking my bmw to someone other than a dealership. However, after speaking to the office manager Jose i decided to give them a chance and i am glad i did because not only it was convenient but nice and clean facility. now the cost of repair may not have been less than a bmw dealership repair. Quite honestly, Jose the manager was the reason why we decided to take our car there. He was knowledgeable, caring and professional. the only thing that was bit concerning is that my car was not as clean as when it was brought in. The interior driver side door panel had black grease finger smmuges and of course since they are not a big box dealership, i didn't expect my car to be washed but i wish they are bit more tidy with their work. nevertheless i am still giving them 5 star rating * Remember it’s not the company you always do business with, it’s the people / employees like Jose who works there that makes you want to continue doing business with.

This is my “go to” place for repairing my car. The guys are very personable, the waiting room is accommodating, their work is reliable and the prices are adequate.

Very nice shop. Clean , friendly , very helpful and knowledgeable. We only had a diognostic and refill on refrigerant but so far so good !!!

One of the big worries about going to a mechanic, is getting the run-around or being told one thing and it is something else. I recently took my 2003 F150 in to the N North Valley location thinking I needed the coil packs and plugs changed. Higher labor job. Turns out that the packs were good, just loose. This was communicated to me and at the same time the higher labor cost was knocked down to a diagnostic charge. Totally did me a solid. I swear by this place and will have my cars only serviced here. Thank you guys!
