The team at this location has gone above and beyond every time I have brought my vehicles in for service. I am a single mom who has struggled in the past with mechanics taking advantage of me. These guys slow down, answer my numerous questions and listen, really listen, to my concerns. One night I went to drop my truck off after hours. As I was writing the note to explain my concern Ray came out, listened to my concerns and then called Jose at home so he could speak to me personally. They have my business as long as I'm in the valley!

FINALLY found the best auto shop I’ve been looking for since I’ve moved to Phoenix 2 years ago. I trust this shop 100%, which I don’t decide lightly. I have a lot of criteria in my head for what “counts” for a top-notch repair shop. Thouroughnes, clarity in describing possible repairs, timeliness are a few qualifiers. The biggest and most important quality in my book is a shop that will tell you what is NOT necessary, and how to be money-wise with efficiently maintaining my old car.
