I've been an Airpark Auto Service customer for many years and always received good repair service and courteous treatment. My car's engine recently died, in traffic, during rush hour traffic. I had the car towed to Airpark and learned the business had recently changed ownership. My car was serviced and back on the road the same day that it arrived. Customer service and automotive repair was as seemless as it had been under the previous owner. Most importantly, my cost was just at $330. I had been expecting a much bigger repair bill and longer delay without my car. I'll continue as an Airpark Auto customer because they are customer focused and know how to solve a vehicle's problem and get you back on the road.

I love this place. Just walking in the doors, right away I got a good feeling about it. Alex was very confident about helping me. The courtesy shuttle was a big bonus. I have put my trust in them twice now and I will continue to use them for any car issue in the future.

Alex took amazing care of my cars needs right away and made me feel confident in leaving it with them. The courtesy shuttle was a huge help as this is our only car right now. Alex and the team went above and beyond what would normally be expected at a car repair. This place is so clean and comfortable and we will continue to use Kerry’s for any future care. Nice clean place, very welcoming, but didn't end well. They took apart my fan and didn't put it back together when I let them know they said it came in that way which I know for sure that it didn't and I felt they were basicly calling me a liar. I'm not going to go back there and will advise other to not go there. To bad, I wish it would have been a great experience.

Communications are essential to a good experience and somehow we managed to fail you in this area. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. Our staff is aware of your concern and they are looking into ways that similar issues can be avoided in the future.

**Updated 5-29-18: My wife received a phone call from one of the managers, saying he is the new manager and wanted to apologize for our first experience. He offered us a free oil change to give them another chance. I took my car since hers had just been serviced. When i arrived they had no notes from the manager about the comped service. I had to call my wife and get the managers name. After about 15min inside the store they said they will service the car free of charge. I dropped the car of around 1145am, and was told the car would be ready well before 5pm. we received a call a little before 430pm saying the car was ready. This is nit picky stuff, I'm still just not sold on this company. Every person that came in it sounded like were all being up sold. I will jump my rating from 1 star to 3 for them at least offering to make the first experience better. *********************************** Being within walking distance to our home, we were ready to give a lot to not use this car shop to maintain our vehicles, but we won't be back. We assumed the prices would be a little higher than the shop we usually go to, but again for the convenience, we were prepared to pay more. We brought in our 2012 Toyota 4Runner with about 97k miles on it. We need an oil change and then the front blinker needed to be replaced. I had purchased the blinker but hadn't had a chance to replace it yet. The quote to replace a blinker was $73!!! They said it was because of this car, to replace the blinker the battery had to be removed... I did the replacement Saturday it took all of 10min. It probably would have taken 5min but I had never replaced a blinker on this car before, only had 1 tool, and by the way, DIDN'T HAVE TO REMOVE THE BATTERY. My wife dropped the car off to them she didn't ask how much the oil change would be, only to replace the blinker. When she picked the car up they charged her $91 for an oil change!! I understand we have a vehicle with higher mileage, but we get the oil change every 5000-6000 miles. the last oil change cost us $40. I would be pretty shocked that 6000 miles would add $50 to an oil change. We really did want to be able to use this shop, being so close to our home. But unfortunately, I don't trust them.
