One of the big worries about going to a mechanic, is getting the run-around or being told one thing and it is something else. I recently took my 2003 F150 in to the N North Valley location thinking I needed the coil packs and plugs changed. Higher labor job. Turns out that the packs were good, just loose. This was communicated to me and at the same time the higher labor cost was knocked down to a diagnostic charge. Totally did me a solid. I swear by this place and will have my cars only serviced here. Thank you guys!

Kerry’s Car Care always does a thorough job when working on my vehicles. They always take the time to explain the condition of my vehicle and if any additional service is recommended to be completed.

Went to get my window fixed and someone broke my door handle and now I have to climb over three passager side to get out my car. Not paying to replace my door handle when it wasn't even broke when I went there. Now the window stays up So I can't reach out to open my door.

The manager here is awesome, and they give free Uber rides to get you back and forth from your home to pick up and drop off your car. I received great customer service and they did the job very well. You guys rock �
