This is now Kerrys Auto Care, new owner. The only thing they serve is their pocketbook. 1st experience is a used car inspection where they missed some broken items, like a speaker. When I asked why they missed several items, they said they didn't know I wanted a thorough inspection of everything. Well, if I'm buying a car, yes, I want to know what the heck I need to fix. Second time was last week. I went in for a free engine light check. Instead of quoting the part replacement, they ran the car for an hour with AC and then charged a $130 diagnostic fee. Also, they quoted $400 total to replace the $150 part which takes 10 minutes. I had my boyfriend replace it and it literally was done in 10 minutes. They were not busy so I think they tried to make some money on me. That should have been a sign I recognized. I will never go there again.
It seems we have failed to serve you the way you deserve. That is unacceptable. Thank you for taking the time to point out personnel issues affecting our business. We are constantly refining the way we do business and that is only possible thanks to candid feedback like yours. Please know that we are listening. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences.
