I review every business I deal with I think reviews are a great thing. Most of mine are good, I call it how I see it. PROS: Great people, shuttle service, and good locations. I tried them because of all the good reviews I seen and I am close to a shop. Wonderful coupons online to use as well. CONS: After each time I took my car to the shop, something else went wrong with it for 3 weeks. That is probably no ones fault, but it was weird. Took my car in and they got the a/c blowing really cold air, thought they did a great job, but the next day my car started making a squealing sound. Took it back in, one of the guys went out told me start the car and he popped the hood. I told him it only made the noise when the car was moving and the a/c was on. I asked that maybe we take a ride, he first said that the car had a small oil leak and that oil was getting on the belt, I said that if the a/c was off the sound was not there, I asked again about maybe taking a ride to diagnose better. He then said "there is the problem, the pulley is bent, I looked and it was at a slight angle. $330 more and the part was replaced, but the car kept making the same noise. So I am thinking that I paid for a part that I did not need because it did not fix the problem. I looked at the replacement part and it is set in at the same angle as the old one, I assume now that is how it is supposed to be to work right. The very next day I also found out that one of my shock bolts was gone and the shock was floating around making a ruff noise. Had a mobile mechanic come and fix that in 30 minutes. Not sure how that happened. My point is that a mechanic should get you a proper diagnosis on a car in this day and age before telling you something is wrong with it that might not be. I spent over $500 on my car in 1 week here and it still is not fixed. UPDATE TO ABOVE REVIEW: Was contacted by Ann Marie GM at this shop. She had me bring back in my car and her mechanics looked into my issue more and were able to replace another part, after that the issue was fixed and she credited my $325.00 towards the new repair from the first repair. She was on top of this issue and I appreciated what they all did to make things right. Great place.
