Talk about customer service! It's so hot outside and one of the workers went to grab shakes for everyone - and he got me one too! The workers were very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again for another oil change! The wait room was also equipped with wifi for use, comfy chairs, plenty to read, or tv to watch. Definitely one of the nicest auto shops I've been to. Biggest plus - doesn't smell like a workshop!

I came to 180 Degrees Automotive after experiencing what I believe to be dishonest and degrading treatment at a previous mechanic shop in Phoenix. I had read positive reviews and saw a few acquaintances recommend 180 thru Facebook. I contacted them thru their website to book my first appointment. Almost immediately they responded to confirm. I then contacted them by phone and Nina was absolutely wonderful in explaining how they work, finding out what my goals are with my car and options for dropping off and picking up my car (they offer a shuttle, credit for Lyft/Uber). I received a full inspection with my oil change and tire rotation and thorough documentation and explanation of what was found during the inspection. I also want to mention that Reasey offered to show me how to check and test my coolant so I can do this on my own! This was by far the best service I have received in a very long time. Keep up the good work and I plan on being a loyal customer at 180 Degrees Automotive for a long time! Thank you!

I have used air park auto for many years and have always been happy with their service and their customer service. Great guys in the front of the shop and great mechanics.

Great experience, I was treated the way I always thought I should be treated when having my car repaired. Jason took the time to explain and show me what was going on under my car. Shocks & AC issues. I made informed decisions, and felt confident the repairs were necessary to keep my car in top shape. I feel good about my upcoming drive to California.

It was super easy to get an appointment, and they did the oil change while I waited. The lobby is super clean & has a internet connection. excellent customer service. I could tell that they had customers that had been coming to them for service for some time, as they talked as if they were friends. I will definitely use Airpark Auto service again!

Been going to 180 Auto since before they were in the Mariposa location. Great group. Bogi leads a team that is customer oriented. Easy appointment set up. Clean inviting place to wait if needed. Easy check in with always friendly staff. Shuttle if needed. Thorough service. Car Care Club is a great value, too. Can’t recommend them enough.
