Great informative and direct conversation regarding my car issues! They tell you what you could do but ain't required to fix! Honest!

I had a very complicated repair involving the touch screen and mother board of my Prius. The technicians worked many hours made many calls to save me some of the cost. They repaired the mother board although the final fix can be only done it Toyota. I was informed every step of the way and felt very cared for. I would highly recommend Kerry's Car Care.

We stopped by for an oil change around lunchtime on a Saturday while passing through Phoenix. Despite the short notice, it took a reasonable amount of time, and the price was quite reasonable as well. Additionally, the waiting area was nice.

One word HONEST

The best and and fast car care center the people there are great

Service was exceptional, communication was as well...took my car in for a few things, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT mainly, along with a few other maintenance items. Car was there a little longer than expected, but that's the business. My only gripe, if that's still a word, is the pricing. Usually people like to escape the dealer due to their pricing schedule. I would love to use 180 again, but if their prices seem in line with a BMW dealer, I would just make the decision to go there.

I like this place the costumer service is awesome, I live in Santan Valley and the office more close is in the 43 avenue and Olive, but I don't care the distance because I like the service and they are the best!!!!
