The team at this location has gone above and beyond every time I have brought my vehicles in for service. I am a single mom who has struggled in the past with mechanics taking advantage of me. These guys slow down, answer my numerous questions and listen, really listen, to my concerns. One night I went to drop my truck off after hours. As I was writing the note to explain my concern Ray came out, listened to my concerns and then called Jose at home so he could speak to me personally. They have my business as long as I'm in the valley!

FINALLY found the best auto shop I’ve been looking for since I’ve moved to Phoenix 2 years ago. I trust this shop 100%, which I don’t decide lightly. I have a lot of criteria in my head for what “counts” for a top-notch repair shop. Thouroughnes, clarity in describing possible repairs, timeliness are a few qualifiers. The biggest and most important quality in my book is a shop that will tell you what is NOT necessary, and how to be money-wise with efficiently maintaining my old car. I've been an Airpark Auto Service customer for many years and always received good repair service and courteous treatment. My car's engine recently died, in traffic, during rush hour traffic. I had the car towed to Airpark and learned the business had recently changed ownership. My car was serviced and back on the road the same day that it arrived. Customer service and automotive repair was as seemless as it had been under the previous owner. Most importantly, my cost was just at $330. I had been expecting a much bigger repair bill and longer delay without my car. I'll continue as an Airpark Auto customer because they are customer focused and know how to solve a vehicle's problem and get you back on the road.

Great service at a good price

Very pleased. With the car up on the rack, they actually showed me where my small leaks were - also told me nothing required immediate attention. Will definitely take my car back when it does need repair!!

I love this place. Just walking in the doors, right away I got a good feeling about it. Alex was very confident about helping me. The courtesy shuttle was a big bonus. I have put my trust in them twice now and I will continue to use them for any car issue in the future.
