I enjoyed sitting in the foyer watching a show while I waited. They provide snacks coffee and a vending machine.Years ago they had serviced another car of mine. Everyone was courteous and polite. The price for service and labor was cost effective. I felt no pressure to fix anything else.I feel comfortable that I will use them for all my service s needed.!!

The car care was magnificent, but customer service wasn't great. Let me explain. I dropped my car off what shuttled somewhere and when it was time to pick me up, the information given in from the driver who dropped me off or to the driver who pick me up me up, what's non-existent because it took them over an hour to pick me up, even though I was 15 minutes down the street. Poor communication by their part made me late for a previous engagement. My car runs like a champ but I felt like they forgot about me.

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. We are looking into the issue and doing everything we can to correct it as soon as possible. Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know about this.

Spent almost an hour and 45 minutes waiting for an oil change. Finally I asked the when my car would be ready and was told that they forgot I was there and that it had been ready 40 minutes ago. Never again!

Communications are essential to a good experience and somehow we managed to fail you in this area. Our staff is aware of your concern and they are looking into ways that similar issues can be avoided in the future. We are very sorry to have failed you.

For what is a simple and fast fix if you have been working on a car for more then a few days. They will not give you prices over the phone, so I drove down thier and after an hour of looking at it told me it will take 3 hours... for just 5 nuts and bolts and a seal.... and it will cost over 500 dollars. The dealership was cheaper and gave me prices of the phone. After dealing with them I would much rather have a dealer fix my car then pay them to spend a day trying to fix something that should only take 30 mins to fix. This place is a joke.

We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.

My 14 year old Toyota RAV4 is starting to run like new, after 2 visits. City driving requires fast acceleration and take offs. Now I have what it takes to drive confidently around the Valley. Thanks to 180 Automotive and their very competent staff.
