Front office guy told me I "desperately" need a service that I had done there 2 months ago. Once I pointed this out I miraculously didn't need the service anymore. I don't know cars but I know when somebody is trying to fleece me. It's a shame too because I've been coming here for years. Guess I'll make the drive to my old, honest mechanic from here on.

Seems pricy but their warranty is good so that’s comforting. They have coupons for discounts which helped bring the price down to a little higher than normal (it was astronomical before that). I was in a bind so I was willing to work with that. Great customer service!

Called Kerry’s after listening to the dealership lie up and down about how I needed a new a/c condenser. Of course, right after that gave me all their bad news, they sent in a new car salesman who offered to take this car from me and sell me a new one. In, nope. Kerry’s checked out my car right away and could find nothing wrong with the condenser - filled the a/c with Free-On and it was fine. Honest and reliable, you can trust the staff at Kerry’s Air Park.

I checked several establishments before deciding to try Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. I was sure that I needed a front end alignment because my tires were wearing unevenly. They showed me the printout that said I don't, I need to rotate my tires more often. I walked out of there without spending a dime! Even if I had gotten an alignment, their price was comparable to, or lower than, the other shops I called.

Service with a smile. Clean facility. Very reasonable pricing. Oh and when they called me when my truck was finished they offered to come pick me up at my house! I will definitely be returning when further maintenance is needed.

I felt I was completely overcharged. $85 in parts for Swaybar Bushings!
