Friendly people and clean shop, but they can't seem to get an alignment right. They charged me $168!!! for an alignment on my lifted Jeep, almost double, because they said my castor was off after I replaced my tie rods. Castor is a common alignment adjustment, and replacing tie rods does not mess with the castor, but I went along with it. Got the Jeep back and it was all over the road, especially on the highway, so I took it back and told them the issue. I just picked it back up after them having it overnight and they tell me they did not fix the castor issue (which is obvious when driving it), but that I need a new steering gear box (which was just adjusted to specs) and a new track bar joint (which is brand new). Now I'm out $170 for the opportunity to fix something that wasn't an issue before I took it in. Never going there again.

I just tried Kerry's for the first time and was extremely pleased! The staff was very courteous, they were very efficient and the waiting area was like being in a comfy living room at home. I had an oil change done and will be back for any of my car needs....

Great friendly service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, straightforward, thorough, and trustworthy. You don’t feel like you’re being sold unnecessary services. They are upfront and tell you what is needed and why. That i feel is very rare these days. Definitely recommend this shop for all your car needs!

I had a very rough start to my week when on Monday my radiator blew. Without immediate knowledge of what happened I continued on my way, slow and keeping an eye on my gauges. Nothing seemed abnormal until I starting hearing the rattle. Thats when I pulled over and shut the truck down. I had it towed to Kerry's for a second opinion after I took it to AAA which was nearby and part of my coverage. Having used Kerry's before I trusted I would get an honest diagnosis. Well, it did, in fact, blow. The first person I talked to was Jose. He assured me they would present all options to me and that's exactly what he did. Jose went above and beyond getting me a new motor at the lowest price possible. Throughout the process he would text me pictures of the various stages and findings within the engine. I like that they keep you informed and actually show the work being performed. Jose is the man! I forget the name of the prodigy mechanic who actually did the work but from blowing my engine on Monday I was back on the road by Thursday afternoon. This is amazing if you ask me. Thanks Jose and the Kerry Team! I don't want to be back but if something happens, "I'll be back"

So far I have been impressed. They seem knowledgeable and have not tried to take advantage. Prices are reasonable too.
