Kerry's Car Care has always been good to me. The staff very friendly and above and beyond great customer service. However, this last trip was the worst. They had my car for THREE days and one person from another didn't know what was done to the car. NOTHING was done. No communication to me and no work was done. I ended up taking it elsewhere. Not sure if I'll be back after this one. Sorry guys.
Hi, Adam, communications are essential to a good experience and somehow we managed to fail you in this area. This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry we did not communicate clearly. Thank you for letting us know about this problem. We really want to fix it.
