I brought my car in for diagnostics on December 11, 2017. My 2011 BMW 128i was showing two error codes, PO1356 and PO141. Bobby Maish told me that his mechanic found a Tech Service Bulletin (TSB) related to this issue and that I should take it to the BMW dealer to have the ECM flashed (update software). The actually charged me nothing to give me this information. I called BMW about the TSB and they said it did not exist. So I called Bobby at Kerry's and simply asked for a copy of the TSB so I could bring it to the BMW dealer. He said that would not be a problem and he would e-mail it to me. Long story short, after numerous calls and more promises and after talking to the Regional Manager (Chris) who also promised that someone would get back to me, nothing has been received. I told them if you can't or don't want to send it to me, tell me. They kept saying they would e-mail it to me and I kept waiting. It has now been 19 days since they said they would send it to me. I also contacted them via their website, but did not receive a response. As I am new in town I had high hopes on Kerry's Car Care being my "GO TO" place for my car repairs and service, but with this poor follow through and empty promises, I will have to find another place.
