All personal are very friendly. The times I've been there has been of great experience. Wait time is great! You get your questions answer even though some people can get annoyingly asking way too many questions customer service personnel are very patient and answer to any concerns you may have. I will certainly reccomend family and friends.

I brought my car in for diagnostics on December 11, 2017. My 2011 BMW 128i was showing two error codes, PO1356 and PO141. Bobby Maish told me that his mechanic found a Tech Service Bulletin (TSB) related to this issue and that I should take it to the BMW dealer to have the ECM flashed (update software). The actually charged me nothing to give me this information. I called BMW about the TSB and they said it did not exist. So I called Bobby at Kerry's and simply asked for a copy of the TSB so I could bring it to the BMW dealer. He said that would not be a problem and he would e-mail it to me. Long story short, after numerous calls and more promises and after talking to the Regional Manager (Chris) who also promised that someone would get back to me, nothing has been received. I told them if you can't or don't want to send it to me, tell me. They kept saying they would e-mail it to me and I kept waiting. It has now been 19 days since they said they would send it to me. I also contacted them via their website, but did not receive a response. As I am new in town I had high hopes on Kerry's Car Care being my "GO TO" place for my car repairs and service, but with this poor follow through and empty promises, I will have to find another place.

Again, my experience was very good. The service and professionalism is fantastic!

Car repair places for years have been known to rip off unsuspecting people, and perform unnecessary service work....so, for me, trust is a HUGE priority when selecting where i have my vehicles worked on. The thing with 180 automotive is i TRUST them. They give me the full spectrum of what is going on with my vehicles, and then we make some educated decisions about what needs to be done, and can certain things wait, and we prioritize any repair work. They are good people, and i trust them. I took one of my vehicles for an oil change at a different repair shop (for convenience reasons). They listed out almost $2K in repairs that 'needed' to be done. When i took my vehicle to 180 automotive, the total repair bill for EVERYTHING was only about $800. The reality is that the other place was going to do unnecessary work. Like i said, trust is a big thing for me, and i trust when i bring my vehicles to them, i will get honesty and integrity. And they have free coffee in their lobby area.....that's always a nice plus! I love me some free coffee!!!!

Got quoted $60 for front end alignment. Was charged $92.12. Never told about the up charge. Kerry's manager said they were unable to put back the money back on my credit card. What business can't do that. They have the machine to charge the credit card. Was told I can expect the check is in the mail. It has been just about two months now. I've been back to speak with the manager twice. STILL NO CHECK. It's now not about the money, but the principal. How many other people are they ripping off.

Fast friendly service. Honest guys that won't try and upsell you if you don't need XXXX replaced.
