The guys at the North Valley Parkway location we awesome. My issue ended up being a minor but they didn't mind looking at a few other things I had questions about and answering a ton of my questions. I decided to try Kerry's, since it had just opened in a location close to me. The team there was very professional and took care of my car right away while I waited. They offer shuttle service in the immidiate area, making it very convenient. They made a good first impression. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on!

Kerry's customer service is beyond compare. They genuinely care about each customer and it is apparent that they have put a great deal of thought into not only how good their work is but how leaving a family car for service will impact the customer's life. From the words they choose to the good humor, candor, free shuttle, comfortable waiting areas complete with coffee, wifi, TV, work spaces and kids corner I wouldn't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else.
