Kerry's Car Care is an excellent auto repair shop in the Glendale area. My wife and had to have 3 vehicles into their shop within the last 3 months. First and foremost, all the employees we worked with were professional and polite. They always gave us a detailed estimate on what our vehicles would cost prior to doing any work on them. Secondly, they always followed up with a phone call when the repair would be finished (which was always the time they said it would be done). We were always given a ride back to our home during the repair, allowing us not to wait in the lobby area. When the repair was finished they called, came and picked us to get our vehicle. I think the thing I like about this firm, is that all the front counter employees know us by our first name. It's hard to beat Value, Honesty, Integrity and doing what you said you were going to do in the time frame that was committed. I think this is what Kerry's all about. They truly care of you and your vehicle. I highly recommend this firm for those needing an expert car repair service company.

Good service, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the waiting room was a nice experience. The one thing I noticed was even though the car was finished, no one came in to tell me, so I had to walk out on my own, wondering if there was something left to be done on it, or if it was just that no one came to get me, thinking someone else had told me or something. They did end up being finished, just no one had come in to let me know. I waited about 15 minutes before deciding to inquire about it myself. Nothing too major, just a small thing I was confused about. Otherwise everything else was good, although a report on their findings would have been a nice extra, but the person at the front said no notes were taken on my car during the checkup. So I took it as no news being good news, and so far it's not showing any sign of problem, so I'm assuming everything was alright. Thank you!
