Everyone has a cheerful greeting and my CRV needs always are done quickly and Completely . The waiting room is top Notch!!! I am moving to the east coast this Month and I know it maybe diiicult to find the wonderful service Kerrys has provided. I know my 10 year old CRV. Is ready for the 2600. Mile drive. I had taken my truck to 180 for 2 years now and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They are always incredibly friendly and honest. That is pretty substantial when there are so many mechanic shops and dealer ships that will do anything to make an extra buck. Thank you for doing what you guys do so well!!

The inside waiting room is really nice - they even have Netflix - and the shuttle service is really convenient, but I did have to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed. They said they were only running 15 mins behind, and usually it takes an hour and 15 for an oil change. Update: Every time I've been there, I have a negative experience. It looks great on the outside, and is in a convenient location, but even when I make an appointment, an hour later they still haven't even started on my car. They have way too many cars to work on for their size, and the work is not great. They always try to find other "critical" things to fix that don't need to be fixed as well.
