One of the best car shops i ever been to. Haven't had people genuinely care about your vehicle and satisfaction, not to mention that there prices are better then any competition around. you would think that since its lower prices its not gonna be as good as a dealership, well your wrong... well i brought my car in and i had mechanic problems before because the other place i went to just threw it back together. Kerry's fixed what they messed up and more without charging a bunch of extra money like a dealership. Over all i highly recommend this place as i will be coming here for a long time and telling friends and family about it.

Excellent service; caring, professional, and with a personal touch not often exhibited in today's rush-rush society. They also go to great lengths to research your vehicle for updates, recalls, weird little quirks, etc. They approach the care of your car in a smart, and methodical way. They don't make knee-jerk judgements on what needs fixing. They are also excellent at communicating every little step of the process, even texting you pictures if needed. My little girls especially loved the two stuffed monkeys waiting for them in their car seats. Does 180 cost a little more than some places? Maybe...but the peace of mind is worth it for us.

The Best Customer Service that I've ever experienced. Incredible Staff and Service

I have been going to Kerry's since they opened in this location and it is very helpful and convenient to have a reliable service center in the neighborhood. One of the things that I really like is every time I go there I see the same faces. I don't think there has been any employee turnover at all since they opened. That is usually a very good sign for a business. All of the gentleman that work up front are kind, patient and helpful. They're also very clear about what maintenance really needs to be taken care of immediately and what maintenance procedures should be done later on down the line. There is never any pressure to get more and more and more taken care of on a single visit and it is helpful to know what future expenses may arise eventually. I really hate car trouble so it is very comforting for me to have them nearby.
