Our most recent experience was an oil change. They got us in same day and quickly out the door. We've been customers for over 8 years and are very satisfied with their services for both routine maintenance and repairs. We have had them work on 3 of our vehicles over the years. We prefer using Kerry's Car Care (Norterra) for repairs because they have competitive pricing and their good communication. What we appreciate most is that they will show us what was damaged before the repair and show us what the repair looked like afterwards. We've had great experiences with Kerry's Car Care through the years and having them work on our vehicles!

Kerry's Car Care is outstanding. The service was amazing, and the manager and staff were extremely friendly and informative about my vehicle. Everything was done quickly, and the entire shop was impressively clean. Honestly, they have one of the nicest and cleanest bathrooms you'll ever find at an auto shop. I highly recommend Kerry's Car Care for any service or repair you need. I’ll be taking all of my vehicles there from now on!

I would highly recommend Kerry's car care to my friend's and family. The new manager, Randall, really took the time to figure out what was important to me when it came to the repairs I needed for my daughter's car. The work was completed in a timely manner and worked with my schedule. Thank you Randall and his car care team!

Ben was extremely helpful every time I called (like 10 before I even came into the store) he informed me every time that I was able to price match and was able to get my original service cheaper because of that! They also once they did the initial service found quite a few issues and were able to talk to me about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait a little bit for me to save money! They were all extremely nice and even paid for me to get an uber home so I didn’t have to wait in their shop while they fixed my car! 10/10 would recommend this car shop to everyone I come across because of their amazing customer care and speed in fixing my vehicle!

These guys at Lake Pleasant Kerry's Car Care are phenominal at Customer Service!! I would know as I have been a CSR for 23 years. Jeffery took really great care of us & he spent more than a normal amount of phone time explaining & updating us on the progress. Ben had initially checked us in for an unknown misfire in the spark plug/cylinders part of the engine, & I was never concerned about the level of care he implied we will get at Kerry's Car Care. Thankful for the patience & tenacity of the Technician, who spent tedious hours of time involved until he got it right!

Went in for a check engine light @ 0830 they ran the diagnostic test and fixed my issue by noon the same day. These guys always take good care!

Justin was very nice. Explained everything to me communicated how long it would take and what exactly they were doing to fix my car thank you, Justin and everyone else.

Henry helped me every step of the way & explained everything I had to ask about! He needs a raise!

I was able to bring my car in without an appointment for an oil change. Very friendly greeting and accommodating. Gave me the oil change special without having the coupon. The tires were rotated as well. Did try to upsell me on any other service. The experience was great!

Michael and his team did a great job. Very competitive pricing, service was done in a timely fashion, and customer service was top notch. I will be a long standing customer.
