My experience was amazing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Although just an oil change, it was done quickly which was great for my busy schedule.

I have taken my vehicle to Kerry's several times and am so glad to finally have a repair shop that is trust worthy and close to home.

This was my first visit to Kerry's Car Care and was very pleasantly surprised . My first impression as I walked into the office was that I was in some other shop! Not your ordinary looking car repair shop. Very nicely decorated and I was greeted with a friendly hello. They were very proud of the new family owned shop. Even though I just needed a oil change the whole experience was the "Extra Mile " that I feel is so important. in any service. I was there about 1/2 hour and was very comfortable in the pleasant nicely decorated waiting room. The leather chairs are so comfortable. One other woman came in and said the same remarks as I .. It was her first visit too. I certainly will return for my next oil change and other items that need future service, I am a very visual person and it was a wonderful experience . Great location too! Great Job Guys

Excellent service again! The folks have done another outstanding job at Kerry's Car Care here in North Phoenix. I went in for a standard oil change (which they sent me a coupon for $19.99) and in the process of checking my spark plugs, they found that one had a cracked ceramic shielding. I was in a bit of a hurry, so I didn't have time to wait to get all of the spark plugs replaced (they have almost 120,000 miles on them and are way overdue for replacement). Obviously they couldn't put the broken spark plug back in since the ceramic piece crumbled as soon as it came out of the boot, so they rushed a new spark plug up from another shop in less than 20 minutes and had me out the door. I'm definitely going back to them to have all the sparkplugs replaces when I have the time. Thanks again Kerry's!

Always helpful and they don't sell unneeded services. Great facility and waiting area.
