I was in a pinch and defeated by Volkswagen on a Saturday ! I couldn’t even change my rotors and brake pads (simple task ) because you have to put the parking brake in service mode . What a crock of ….. ! Anyhow , I called , Justin answered , I told him the story and he said to bring it down and they would have it done that day . So I brought it down added an oil change and as he said it was done in a couple hours ! I’m trying not to give a cliche review but the atmosphere in that shop was fun , upbeat and inviting , nothing comparable walking into the VA hospital on 7st and Indian School rd ! The staff there is on point and appreciated. Thank you guys and or gals . Side note , Justin has amazing hair but if he puts that long hair in a man bun on his off hours I will think of him differently and recommend he get a hair cut ! Justin all in good fun , I really appreciate you and I will be bringing my F350 in for work and continue using you guys in the future ! Thanks again !

Was in town for a few days, and on a Saturday late afternoon and had some brake issues. They were great at showing me what was wrong with it before getting to work. Don't know what I would of done if it wasn't for them saving the day.

The work was completed in the estimated time and within the estimated cost. It is always nice to be remembered by name when I check in. I think of it as my neighborhood car care center.

Came in last minute for an oil change, they got me right in which was very convenient since it was so last minute. My call was answered quickly and professionally when I called for availability so soon. Got right in, treated respectfully and with transparency. The Team there is awesome, you can tell they take pride in their work and their customers.

I recently had my 2010 Ford Expedition serviced at AutoNation Ford, during their inspection they noticed my undercarriage oil seals needed to be replaced, and they quoted $1200 for labor and parts. I decided to shop around and got a quote from here that was about $995, they completed the repairs in a timely manner and gave me a complimentary Lyft home. And it comes with an extensive warranty. Highly recommended. Cheila was very accommodating and professional and didn’t try to “hard sell” and helped me getting this efficiently completed from assessment to quote to repair.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Kerry's Car Care. More specifically I worked with Kevin and Justin. I needed a key to my Honda Accord reprogrammed. These two gentlemen were patient with me the entire time, very charismatic and informative. They were even able to provide me with other information about my car that I should address soon. I proposed to take an Uber to their location to pick up my car and they even provided me with a Lyft ride to their location. The customer service here was beyond exceptional and I know that I can rely on them in the near future with any other maintenance that my car will need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and my car and creating a sense of peace throughout this entire process. -Christian

Was in for oil change. Experience was very good. Left and five miles down the road. Got a flat tire. Put on spare and went back to Kerry's for tire repair. Large washer in tire. No fault of Kerry's. Ordered two new tires to match the ones on truck. Very good deal.
